Since a few weeks (since the 10 of july), after a lot of visits to the clinic, the doctors give me the diagnose of pancreas cancer. Now I have chemo, but there is no hope for me. Perhaps I have a few months till the end.
I don't think that I shall made a lot of new works for DA, perhaps some poetry. (I am very tired)
Music: Jacques Brel was died with cancer
book: 'Island' was the last book from Aldous Huxley (a phylosophic work), then he knew he had cancer

Stand up comedy, funny to do!

I did it again! Saturday the 23th 06 2012, there was a cultural event for organisations, active in my community Brasschaat (Belgium)
I had a stand-up-comedian act (22 minutes!) about Brasschaat, different cultural and political issues.
The organisator will set me in a little tent, but I did my act on the big stage!

My show is not on internet, I have it on a dvd.
It was a lot of fun to do this.
(Only my 4th show in 5 years, 1 in Merksem-Bouckenberg, 1 in the big theatre Den Arenbergschouwburg, 1 in Den Buster (a pub in Antwerp, not an easy place to play) and now a big stage in Brasschaat.

Istanbul

From 28 march till 1 avril 2012 we have visited Istanbul again (the first time was 12 years ago), now with our son. He also was very enthousiast about this city.
We have not only visited the old town (blue mosque - Aya sofia - the citerns - the bazaars, but also Istanbul modern, the museum of modern art, and an interesting gallery, Arter)
